SHIPPING POLICY

All orders from Klase Kandles  are shipped from Palm Bay, FL

All orders under $75, ship for a flat rate of $6.95. 

All Klase Members Subscriptions ship for a flat rate of $5. 

All orders over $75, ship for free!  

 

Orders can be expected to arrive 6-8 business days after your order is placed,  NOTE: If you signed up for a subscription, your order will ship the beginning of the following month.   All  orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.  

Summer Shipping Schedule

Many of the products sold by Klase Kandles are temperature sensitive and can be damaged during the extreme summer heat.  In order to do our best that your order is free of damage, temperature-sensitive products will only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  This is required to ensure orders are not sitting in non-climate control facilities during shipping.  All other products that are not affected by temperature will ship Monday-Friday as normal.

A friendly reminder that if it is extra hot or extra cold, try to minimize the amount of time your package is left outside.  We do our best to protect the candles from weather, but leaving them outside in 80+ degree weather is never recommended! 

Subscription Boxes 

Klase Kandles  loves the reality of a once a month treat! We have created a consistent option to stay on top of  self love. We deliver all natural hand poured soy candles/melts in a monthly subscription box. The candles are hand picked and seasonally themed. You will receive something inspiring, new and exciting every month.

 

Some perks of our subscription boxes includes:  Discounted Candle/Melt, Free Box of matches,  Tea light candle gift, Exclusive fragrances, $5 Flat shipping rate, coupons, and more....

Our candle subscription boxes are shipped out the beginning of each month. Your payment will reoccur on the same day you sign up, each month.  Sign up in the by the end of each month to receive your subscription box the following month. Ex. Payments collected in February  will ship first week in March . 

You may cancel at anytime. No hassle. 

Refused Orders

Packages that are refused when they reach their shipping destination will be charged shipping, and a restocking fee of 15%.  The shipping fee will only be charged if your order was shipped with FREE SHIPPING.  If for some reason your order was refused, but you still want the order.  You will be required to repay the new shipping charge in order to receive your order.  The second attempt at delivery must be at a different address, we will not ship the order a second time to an address where it has been already refused once. 

Incorrect Address Issues

Customers need to check the shipping address on their order to ensure the address is error free.  Be sure to include any unique suite or apartment numbers; otherwise, the order may be returned to us due to insufficient address.  The orders that are returned will be charged additional shipping for subsequent delivery. Free shipping will not be applied twice for orders that meet those conditions prior to the return.  Customers will be contacted and made aware of any delivery issues.  If the order is not reshipped at the expense of the customers, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and any original shipping cost will also be charged.  Any remaining balance will be credited back to the customer's credit card.

Return & Exchange Policy

Klase kandles wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. We hope you LOVE every purchase from us, but just in case, here are some guidelines to consider before purchasing.  Every Klase Kandle is made of high quality ingredients and we take special care in preparing each candle.  All candles are individually hand-poured.  As with any handcrafted product, slight variances may occur and are a natural part of the “handmade” process.  If you have purchased a product that for some reason is not what you expected, please notify us within three (3) business days.  The items may be returned (unused) within 30 days.  The purchase price will be refunded once the item has been returned.  The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping.

 We do not accept returns on custom candle orders as they are created to order in specific colors and scents.

We cannot refund your money if you use any portion of your candle(s) or other products you purchase on our site.
